The Family Fun Day is Engadine West Public School's major Fundraiser and a huge event. For this day to be successful your help is needed in time, money, donations, ideas, or any way you can. The School in conjunction with the P & C are currently working on a wish list where all money raised will be spent to best benefit our students.
We are currently looking for volunteers to fill the below roles before our first meeting:
seek donations (min. 4 people)
organise entertainment groups
co-ordinate external stall holders
co-ordinate internal year stalls
organise volunteer services
organise for some VIP's to attend

There is a lot to do to make this Family Fun Day successful. Our first meeting is Thursday 11 August 2011 @ 7.30pm in the staffroom. Grab a friend or come and meet some new friends. Remember many hands make light work and for lots of fun.
