On Monday 27th March, 81 excited Year 5 students and 5 teachers boarded buses to head north to Myuna Bay for a 3 day excursion. Students were able to exprience sleeping away from home (a first time for many) and be involved in a variety of outdoor activities; canoeing, rock climbing, the giant swing, archery, bike riding, mini golf and swimming. Each night students participated in games that developed social skills and team work. The students behaviour was fantastic and all came back with a lifetime of memories. Thank you to Miss Pepperell, Miss Carroll, Miss Barrow, Mr Griggs and Mr Fuller who gave up their time to take Year 5 on the excursion.
