Students in Year 3 to Year 6 will be participating in the Spelling Bee Competition in class this term. The program outline and word lists are available on the school website in the 'Curriculum & Activities' tab.
The competetion is free and a valuable learning activity for all children to participate in. Class finals will be held in week 4 and stage finals in week 5. Two students from each stage will be able to participate at the Regional Finals in weeks 9-10 this term (dates and venues to be advised). Parents of these students will be responsible for transport to the event.
Please encourage your child to improve their spelling by being involved in the class activities and by practising at home.
