On Thursday 18 September our talented students competed in the Wakakirri Grand Finals at Homebush. Engadine West was awarded the following:
1. Best Dramatic Performance
2. Highly Commended Award (Third Place)
3. Best Public Speaking Award
Two Private Schools were awarded equal First Place. This means we were not only the best placed school in the Shire, but also the best Public School in the competition in the State. This is an amazing result and reflects the hard work by our talented students, teaching staff and parents who all worked together to produce such an impressive performance. Thanks also to Amy from Groove Nation who assisted the teachers to choreograph the dancing. Well done!
